Adrian Scialpi is a Peninsula Strikers life member and the long-serving President of our Senior Club. His connection to Strikers has never simply been about holding a position. It has been about turning up, taking responsibility and doing whatever is needed to help the club move forward.
Behind the scenes, Adrian’s work touches almost every part of senior-club life—from supporting coaches and players to recruitment, sponsorship, facilities, finances, functions and the countless practical decisions that keep a community football club running.
Adrian believes young Strikers should be able to see a future at the club. He has consistently supported a genuine pathway from junior football into the senior game, giving home-grown players a place to develop, belong and represent Strikers at the highest level they can reach.
He has worked directly with coaches, players and football staff to build a senior program known for its culture, ambition and loyalty. Success matters—but so does creating an environment where good people want to stay and contribute.
Adrian has been a strong voice for affordable community football. He has spoken openly about rising costs and the pressure they place on clubs and families, while working to keep Strikers financially responsible and accessible.
Past players, life members and long-serving volunteers remain an important part of Adrian’s vision for the club. He understands that today’s Strikers stand on the work of generations—and that our future is stronger when we remember where we came from.
Adrian has represented Strikers in discussions with Football Victoria and Frankston City Council, advocated for better grounds and facilities, helped guide coaching and player appointments and defended the club when its reputation has been challenged.
He has celebrated the club’s good days and carried responsibility through the difficult ones. That steady commitment—often unseen outside the committee room—is a large part of what has kept the Senior Club moving forward.

For Adrian, Peninsula Strikers is bigger than any one team or season. It is the players who pull on the shirt, the coaches who give their time, the volunteers who make match day possible, the sponsors who stand beside us and the families who call the club home.
