Peninsula Strikers is built for players, families, volunteers and supporters who want a club they can be proud to call home. Our values shape the way we train, play, communicate and look after one another.
What STRIKERS means
These are not words for a wall. They are the standards we ask of every person who wears our colours—at Ballam Park, Delacombe Park, Centenary Park and wherever Strikers plays.
Support
We back our teammates, coaches, volunteers, officials and families. We are one club, even when the result does not go our way.
Teamwork
We put the group first. Everyone has a role in helping our teams and our club succeed.
Respect
We respect opponents, referees, facilities and each other. Passion never excuses abuse.
Improvement
We stay curious, accept coaching and work to get better—on the field and as people.
Kindness
We make room for people, notice when someone needs support and treat our football family well.
Enjoyment
We compete hard and enjoy the game. Football should give people reasons to belong and come back.
Responsibility
We own our actions, keep our commitments and leave the club stronger than we found it.
Strive
We bring energy, courage and pride to every session, every match and every job around the club.
Always Strikers
From a child’s first kick through to senior football, we want Peninsula Strikers to be a place where people can develop, compete and stay connected for life.
Support each other. Play with pride. Always Strikers.
